Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom by Jaylah Jackson

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom " Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom ." After arriving in India, Indiana Jones is asked by a desperate village to find a mystical stone. He agrees, and stumbles upon a secret cult plotting a terrible plan in the catacombs of an ancient palace.

This movie was well shot.. like the monkey shot and the chase scene shot. Like when Indiana is talking to that one guy in white clothes. The camera was angled so that Indi's face was darkened and all you can see is the white guys face.. and also the shot of the monkey signaling his owner person thing.. and we get a shot of his starting up the bike thing getting ride to fallow Indiana. ( evil monkey)

  1. You are correct Jaylah with your valid points of the camera composition of the movie. However, I think the genre of the film is what made Indian Jones such a classic. Originally, Indian Jones was a book series which differed in the fact that the movie adaption became a large success.
Steven Spielberg brought together a film which had a lovable character that had much wit, charm, and lust for adventure as well as scene after scene of romance and action. The setting of Egypt brought a story of ancient secrets and riddles that brought Indian down the road of discovery a forbidden treasure.
What made Indian Jones such an amazing film was the wit and action that captivated audiences worldwide. It also spurred sequel after sequel which most turned into just as a success as the first. Indiana Jones is not only a classic movie, but a classic character that draws in the attention of audiences everywhere.
